Meistarklase MANDALA UZ ŠĶĪVJA is a creative workshop at the Great Hall of Ogres novada Kultūras centrs in Ogre on 24 October 2026, from 11:00 to 14:00. The workshop is led by Anda Beināre. Participants will draw a mandala on a beautiful plate that can later be used at home or given as a gift. Creating a mandala is presented as a form of visual meditation that can calm the mind, strengthen mindfulness, express feelings through colours and shapes, and develop patience. No previous experience is required. The workshop includes the plate, paints, tools and brushes, as well as coffee, tea and a small treat. The group is limited to 15 participants.
