Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the We Will Go platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, creating an account, or publishing events, you agree to these Terms.
User accounts and registration
You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Publisher accounts
Publisher accounts may create and manage public event listings. Publishers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the events they post and for holding any rights or permissions required to advertise them. A publisher account forms a binding agreement with us, so you must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction and, where you act on behalf of an organisation, authorised to bind it.
Rules for posting events
Events must be real, accurate, and lawful. You must not post misleading dates, locations, or pricing, duplicate listings, spam, or content unrelated to a genuine event. We may edit, reclassify, or remove listings that do not meet these rules.
Prohibited content
You must not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or harm. You must not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Platform.
Intellectual property rights
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant We Will Go a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote it on the Platform. You confirm you hold the rights to the text and images you upload. All Platform software, branding, and design remain the property of We Will Go.
Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Will Go is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of publishers or the occurrence, cancellation, or quality of any listed event.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, harm other users, or create legal risk, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time.
Payment terms
Some publisher features may be paid. Where fees apply, they will be shown before purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. Applicable taxes may be added.
Dispute resolution
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way shall be submitted to the competent courts of Latvia.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Language of events
Publishers choose the language(s) of their event listings and are solely responsible for complying with applicable language laws, including the Latvian State Language Law. We strongly recommend providing a Latvian version of every event. We Will Go does not guarantee the legal compliance of any listing and accepts no liability for a publisher's choice of language.
