Exhibition "Poetic Robotism. AERO"
"AERO" is an innovative exhibition—an interactive installation that actively involves visitors and focuses on creating vibrant and dynamic artistic situations. A key feature is the on-site presence of artists Laura Prikule and Eva Vēvere, who employ co-creation and performative practices to merge expressions from both the viewer and the artist into a shared space. The concept explores the interaction between systems and games within a space structured around abstraction or even absurdity, offering an interactive route inspired by the Hero’s Journey. The visitor’s experience is formed through Poetic Robotism methods, blending automatic actions with spontaneity and bridging different disciplines. Poetic Robotism, a concept initiated in 2009 by Laura Prikule and Eva Vēvere, continues to evolve as a creative approach and perception. This set of creative practices, including installations, performances, and texts, explores the boundaries between the spontaneous and the automatic aspects of life, reflecting on both the everyday and the intangible through the use of geometric forms.
