The rock opera "Mauglis", a stage production for children and families, will be performed at Salaspils Concert Hall from October 2, 2026 to February 25, 2027. Created to honor the 75th anniversary of composer Mārtiņš Brauns, this is the Latvian Youth Theatre's most ambitious rock opera production for young audiences in recent years. The cast includes Igors Siliņš, Kārlis Tols, Aija Dzērve and others, with the folk dance ensemble "Dzintariņš". Directed by Jānis Mūrnieks with choreography by Sanita Misika, the show offers a vibrant theatrical journey with a strong musical core, suitable for all ages and included in the "Latvijas Skolas soma" programme.
