REIHA GĀJIENS is a dance, movement, chamber music and visual arts performance taking place in Liepāja, at the Great Hall of Liepāja Concert Hall Lielais dzintars on 26 September 2026. The event celebrates the 90th anniversary of American composer Steve Reich with a programme featuring several of his works, including Latvian premieres such as "Pendulum Music" and "My name is...". The production is created by choreographer Artūrs Nīgalis, dancers, artist Kaspars Podnieks, and a group of musicians including young musicians from Liepāja, a flautist and pianists. Recommended for ages 7+, the performance lasts around 2 hours.
