This performance explores compassion, family, and love. In the jungle ruled by animal laws, a human child suddenly appears. He is found by a wolf, who, knowing human nature well, decides to protect and raise the boy, wondering if he might be different. As the boy grows up in the jungle, he enjoys many adventures, but is drawn to the city and the world of humans. Leaving the jungle under the shadow of the ruler Tiger, he seemingly finds a place among people, though his heart still longs for nature and the animals. Inspired by Rudyard Kipling’s collection of stories, the ballet is choreographed by Raimonds Martinovs with music by Kārlis Lācis.
