“Muzejs bērniem | Radošā lasīšana” is a creative reading workshop in Daugavpils at Rotko Museum, Mihaila iela 3, on 23 October 2026. Younger school-age children will read the poetry book “Klātbūtne” by Andris Akmentiņš and Kriss Salmanis, then create their own artwork from modelling clay. The museum provides the necessary materials, while participants are advised to wear clothes suitable for creative work. Places are limited, so advance registration is mandatory by emailing [email protected] or calling +371 26564817. This monthly workshop format brings children together with a museum educator to read aloud to one another and make their own little books with text illustrations.
