The performance "DEJU NĀCIJA" is a coming-of-age drama at Liepāja Theatre in Liepāja on 2 October 2026. The story follows dancers aged 11 to 13 whose lives are shaped by ambition, friendship and passion as they prepare for regional dance competitions. Each movement brings them closer to discovering themselves, raising questions about the price of victory and personal growth. Performers include Everita Pjata-Gertnere, Inese Kučinska, Anda Albuže, Anete Rimkus, among others. The creative team features director Paula Pļavniece, set designer Kristaps Kramiņš, costume designer Marija Rozīte-Vītola, choreographer Kristīne Brīniņa, composer Edgars Mākens, and lighting designer Niks Cipruss. Dance is central, revealing the girls’ hidden dreams, fears, and goals.
