Vieslekcija "No nederīga apģērba līdz unikālam tērpam" is a guest lecture in Liepāja at Liepājas Valsts tehnikums on 21 October 2026. The event starts at 17:30 and is open to everyone interested. Kristīne Kalēja, founder and designer of sustainable fashion brand “pARTapis”, will share her experience of reshaping clothes and creatively reusing textiles. The lecture is followed by a “pARTapis” fashion show featuring garments she has created. Visitors can also examine different textile fibres under a microscope and learn more about the materials in clothing in an activity led by the Liepājas RAS team.
