MAZAIS CILVĒKS is a family theatre production with circus elements in Valmiera at Valmieras teātris Lielā zāle, running from 25 October 2026 to 28 January 2027. Inspired by motifs from Erich Kästner’s novel, the production is directed by Toms Treinis, with dramaturgy by Justīne Kļava. It follows Maksītis Pihelšteinietis, a protagonist only five centimetres tall who pursues big dreams in the world of circus. The show is performed in two parts with a large cast and is suitable for children in grades 1 to 6. Courage, perseverance and family values run through this story for family audiences.
