The play "Ko var cilvēks" is a psychological drama staged at the Nacionālais teātris Lielā zāle in Rīga, running from 19 September to 28 November 2026. Set in the late 1970s, it captures the era of the "Mikrofona" survey, hockey, and the Cold War, while focusing on a hidden, harsh struggle to uncover truth. Inspired by a true criminal case, the production was written by Jānis Joņevs and directed by Roberts Dauburs, featuring performances by Sanita Paula, Elza Rūta Jordāne, and Mārcis Maņjakovs. Visitors will experience the atmosphere of the times and reflect on questions of choice and destiny.
