The play "ARKĀDIJA" by Tom Stoppard will be performed at Jaunais Rīgas teātris, Lielā zāle, in Riga from 13 September to 6 December 2026. This intellectual detective story unfolds over four acts and lasts 4 hours and 50 minutes. Directed by Alvis Hermanis, with set design by Mārtiņš Vilkārsis and costumes by Kristīne Jurjāne. The ensemble includes Guna Zariņa, Vilis Daudziņš, Ivars Krasts, Kristīne Krūze, Jevgēnijs Isajevs, Evelīna Priede, Jānis Skutelis, Agate Krista, Toms Harjo, Ritvars Logins, Dāvids Pētersons, Jāzeps Hermanis or Ričards Murāns. The production has received several Spēlmaņu nakts award nominations. Plan for an almost five-hour visit; the performance is in Latvian.
