Apgaismības starpnieki Kurzemē is a literary monograph presentation event taking place in Liepāja at the Liepāja Central Scientific Library, Grunta Hall, on 30 September 2026. The book, written by Dr. philol. Pauls Daija, Head of Research at the National Library of Latvia, explores the development of Latvian book history in the early 19th century, particularly the cultural role of Baltic Germans. The monograph has received the Latvian Literature Annual Award and has been recognized as one of the outstanding scientific achievements in Latvia.
