Four teachers put Norwegian psychologist Skårderud's theory of an innate 0.5‰ alcohol deficit to the test. Approaching with scientific curiosity, they observe how measured alcohol consumption affects their social and professional lives—recovering motivation, self-confidence, and reconnecting with students—until the social experiment soon gets out of hand.
