The play "Mēs, Sālsvārnas salas vasarnieki" takes place at the National Theatre Grand Hall in Riga from October 10 to November 1, 2026. The story is set on Sālsvārnas Island, where the summer residents enjoy freedom from school, fishing, swimming, celebrating solstice, and making new friends—including animals like wasps, a raven, a seal pup, a rabbit and a lamb, as well as old acquaintances like Bocmanis. The performance captures the essence and adventure of carefree childhood summers.
