“Klusums un troksnis” is a play in Riga at the Nacionālais teātris on 8–9 December 2026. Created by a third-year directing student at the Latvian Academy of Culture, the production follows gymnasium student Svens and his friends as they spend the pandemic period in a communal apartment. It explores youthful dreams, first love, growing distance and bohemian days. Gusts Ābele is the writer and director. The cast features Jēkabs Pikšēns, Kurts Kārlis, Vika Adlere, Anna Emanuela Vaice, Ilze Reknere, Megija Cvečkovska, Dita Apsīte, Jana Ļisova and Kaspars Aniņš. The theatre is at Kronvalda bulvāris 2.
