“Dons Žuans” is a stage production of Molière’s play in Riga at the National Theatre from 7 November 2026 to 13 January 2027. Directed by Aleksandrs Morfovs, the production explores the Don Juan archetype created in Spain through a figure driven by pleasure, passion and scepticism. It invites audiences to consider the world’s inevitable path towards the colourful chaos in which we live. The cast includes Gundars Grasbergs, Ivars Kļavinskis, Madara Reijere and other actors. Nudity appears on stage, and the production is recommended for audiences aged 16 and over. Filming and photography are strictly prohibited during the performance to protect performers’ privacy and safety.
