“Kā saule gadījās” is a theatre performance for children in Riga at Dirty Deal teātris on 27 December 2026. Created for ages 3–6, it uses Latvian folk tales, kitchen utensils and food products to explore how the Earth, Sun, Moon, stars, water and people came into being. Lauma Balode, Kārlis Krūmiņš or Artis Drozdovs will involve the children in discovering these stories. During the performance, the young participants will prepare cookie dough together; they can then shape and taste their impressions from the show. Directed by Inga Tropa.
