Izstādes “Divi SONI Liepājā” atklāšana is an art event at Liepājas muzejs, in the museum’s enfilade in Liepāja, on 16 October 2026. The opening begins at 17:00. For the first time at Liepājas muzejs, the exhibition brings together works by graphic artist and sculptor Aivars Vilipsōns and sculptor Ivars Miķelsons. Their creative worlds are represented through graphics, drawings, painting and sculpture. Vilipsōns presents graphics, drawings and paintings, while Miķelsons is represented by sculptures in bronze, wood and cast iron. The works explore the human figure, personal observations, humour and imagination. The artists are united by around 45 years of friendship and creative collaboration. The exhibition remains on view until 6 December 2026.
