EBE UN ZIEMASSVĒTKI | Leļļu teātra izrāde is a puppet theatre performance in Cēsis at Koncertzāle CĒSIS on 22 December 2026. Shortly before Christmas, the little forest spirit Ebe and his best friend, the Green Crow, find a new home in a forest inhabited by highly athletic animals preparing for the Olympic Games. The animals have never heard of Christmas, so Ebe tries to introduce them to the magic of the holiday and discover his own sport. He is also hiding a secret: Ebe is afraid of people, because forest spirits believe they disappear forever when seen by a human. The creative team includes director Liena Šmukste, playwright Rūta Dišlere, set designer Kate Krolle, puppet and costume artist Evita Bēta, composer Mikus Frišfelds and lighting artist Māra Aniņa. The cast features Anna Klišāne, Anrijs Sirmais, Artūrs Putniņš, Dana Avotiņa-Lāce, Kristīna Varša and Mārtiņš Gailis.
