“Bēthovens, Mendelszons, Korngolds” is a chamber music concert in Rīga at VEF Kultūras pils on 29 December 2026. Three young musicians — Ankit Tripathi, Viktorija Savostina and Reinis Rudzītis — present works by Beethoven, Korngold and Mendelssohn. The programme opens with Beethoven’s Third Sonata for Cello and Piano, followed by Korngold’s Suite for Violin and Piano, “Viel Lärmen um nichts”, Op. 11. The concert concludes with Mendelssohn’s Second Piano Trio in C minor, Op. 66, bringing all three performers together for the first time. The changing instrumental line-up highlights different musical relationships between the artists. Photography and filming will take place during the event.
