“BEL CANTO ATGRIEŠANĀS” is a concert taking place at the Anglican Church of St. Savior in Riga on 27 September 2026. The event features outstanding artists Elena Cornelisse (Netherlands) and Marina Trosmane (Latvia), presenting a duet of powerful dramatic sopranos in the Bel Canto style. Held as part of the international James McCrae and Mario Del Monaco Festival, the concert offers a programme of famous arias and duets by composers such as Verdi, Wagner, Bellini, Rossini, Puccini, Dvořák, Lehár, Scriabin, Chopin, Žilinskis, and Offenbach. This is the festival’s second concert, with an upcoming international vocal masterclass as the next part of the festival.
