ANDREJS OSOKINS KLASISKIE ZIEMASSVĒTKI is a classical music concert at Salaspils koncertzāle in Salaspils on 29 November 2026. Pianist Andrejs Osokins brings together classical masterpieces and recognisable Christmas songs from Latvian and international heritage, arranged for piano. The programme includes sacred works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Schubert’s “Ave Maria”, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s dramatic and bright fantasies, Claude Debussy’s winter impressions, works by Latvian composers and music by George Gershwin. The concert is accompanied by the pianist’s talks about the history of the works and the mystery that makes certain music part of Christmas.
