Koncerts “Zelta izlase” is a schlager music concert in Liepāja, taking place at Liepājas OC Rožu zāle from 3 to 8 November 2026. The event brings together three popular voices in Latvian schlager music: Dzintars Čīča, Jānis Krūmiņš (of “Apvedceļš”), and Silvestrs Lorencs (of “Zelta Kniede”). Legendary musicologist Daiga Mazvērsīte will share stories and facts about the performers, their songs, and songwriters throughout the evening. The programme features well-loved compositions such as “Zemenes”, “Vijolnieks”, “Kā tevi sauc”, among others. The band “Armaestro”, led by Anatolijs Livča, will provide live accompaniment for the show, which promises nostalgia and a festive mood for attendees.
