The concert "Ziemassvētku festivāls. Reinis Zariņš. Mesiāna Divdesmit skatieni uz jaundzimušo Kristu" will be held on 20 December 2026 at Dzintari Concert Hall Grand Hall in Jūrmala. Pianist Reinis Zariņš will perform Olivier Messiaen’s piano cycle "Vingt regards sur l’Enfant-Jésus", a monumental work of 20 movements meditating on the birth of Christ. Audience members are invited to experience this deeply symbolic and emotionally charged journey, where sound and silence interact in a unique interpretation by Zariņš. The concert will last approximately 2 hours without intermission.
