The concert 'Ziemassvētku festivāls. Andrejs Osokins. Brāms, Šopēns, Vasks.' will take place on 26 December 2026 at the Great Hall of Dzintari Concert Hall in Jūrmala. Pianist Andrejs Osokins will invite listeners to a musical conversation featuring masterpieces by Johannes Brahms, Frédéric Chopin, and Pēteris Vasks. The program includes Chopin’s refined miniatures, Brahms’ Intermezzi op. 117 and the four ballades from op. 10, known for their romantic and mysterious character, as well as Pēteris Vasks’ 'Cycle for Piano' (1976), performed as a tribute to the composer's jubilee year. This concert highlights the interplay between Romanticism and Latvian music during the festive season.
