The play "VĒLĒŠANĀS" is a blend of political stand-up and a cooking show, taking place in Riga at the NOASS Arts Centre on 26 September 2026. Created by the KVADRIFRONS team, this production guides the audience through the history of salad recipes and Latvian parliamentary convocations, led by actor Jānis Kronis. Attendees will experience political agitation and provocation in a relaxed atmosphere, take part in a secret ballot to decide on the ideal salad ingredients, and reflect on the importance of political participation. The event concludes with a ceremonial mixing of the salad and a communal salad party.
