The theatrical production "Chanel Nr. 1" takes place at Latgales vēstniecība GORS in Rēzekne from 4 March to 23 April 2027. The play explores the paradoxical life of Coco Chanel, from poverty to becoming a world-renowned fashion artist, as well as her innovation, fight for women’s rights and pursuit of true art. It is written by Igors Jakimovs and directed by Vadims Grosmans, with costume consultation by Aleksandrs Vasiļjevs. The performance lasts 1 hour 30 minutes, is recommended for audiences aged 16 and over, and is performed in Russian. Presented in collaboration with the Fashion Museum.
