Stikla mākslas izstādes “NĀKOTNES PERSPEKTĪVAS” atklāšana will take place at Liepājas muzejs, in the museum’s anfilade, in Liepāja, on 23 October 2026. The exhibition will be on view until 20 December. It features works by lecturers from the Glass Art Department of the Art Academy of Latvia: Agnese Gedule, Ernests Vītiņš, Ilze Dūdiņa, Inita Ēmane, Inguna Audere, Vineta Groza, Santa Bekmane and Sandra Utāne. The display also includes Viktors Jansons’s work “Čiekuriņš no Baireitas”, combining glass, brick and a pine cone. Light plays an important role, revealing the interaction of colour, form and reflection and highlighting glass’s optical qualities.
