STEREOPHONIC is a musical drama at Dailes Theatre in Riga from 29 January to 13 February 2027. Set in a California recording studio in the 1970s, it follows a band working day and night on the album that will determine its future. As weeks turn into months, creative tension, romantic relationships, arguments over authorship and ambition begin to tear the group apart, while a fragile chemistry of collective genius keeps the music alive. The play is inspired by the making of Fleetwood Mac’s legendary album Rumours. The cast includes Mārtiņš Meiers, Niklāvs Kurpnieks, Domeniks Slišāns, Gerda Igaune, Katrīna Altenburga, Pēteris Narubins and Lauris Dzelzītis. Directed by Viesturs Kairišs.
