The Gaismas festivāls "Staro Rīga" is an urban exhibition in Riga, running from 15 to 18 November 2026. During this festival, Riga’s cityscape is transformed by light and video installations, creating a special atmosphere during Latvia’s statehood celebrations. Visitors can explore a variety of open-air light art experiences in different parts of the city, discovering innovative uses of modern lighting and video technologies.
