The puppet theatre production "Pelnrušķīte" takes place at the Latvijas Leļļu teātris Mazā zāle in Rīga from 13 September to 19 December 2026. This classic story brings the characters of Cinderella, the Fairy Godmother, and the wicked Stepmother to life through puppetry. The creative team features director Māris Koristins, artist Anita Znutiņa-Šēve, and composer Silvestrs Zemgals, inspired by the original puppet staging of Pāvils Šenhofs and Anna Nollendorfa. The cast includes Baiba Vanaga, Dana Avotiņa-Lāce, Lilija Sūna, Santa Didžus and others. The performance is suitable for all ages. Theatre visiting rules apply.
