Koncerts "Raimondam Igolniekam 80" is a music event in Daugavpils at Vienības nams on 1 November 2026. The professional wind orchestra “Daugava” of Vienības nams will honour conductor, educator and orchestra founder Raimonds Igolnieks on his 80th anniversary. The concert features Ilona Bagele, soloist of the Latvian National Opera, and conductor Edgars Samorodovs. The programme includes works by Raimonds Pauls, Pēteris Butāns, Gunārs Ordelovskis and Jānis Ivanovs, as well as arrangements by Aivars Krūmiņš and Raimonds Igolnieks. The concert starts at 16:00 at Rīgas iela 22A. The event will be photographed and filmed for publicity and historical purposes; private photography and filming require approval from the Vienības nams administration.
