The concert series “Latgalietis Pasaulē” with Andris Baltacis takes place at VEF Kultūras pils in Riga from October 2 to November 15, 2026. The event celebrates Andris Baltacis's 40 years on stage, with a vibrant programme spanning genres from schlager and folk songs to rock and opera, as well as world music pieces featured on the show “Pārdziedi mani”. Joining Baltacis on stage are pianist Juris Kristons, guitarist Jānis Kalniņš, bassist Modris Laizāns, drummer Ivars Kalniņš, the vocal trio “Oranžās”, plus special guests. The musical performances will be complemented by dancers led by choreographer Beāte Svarinska. This concert offers an inspiring overview of Baltacis’s career and a meeting with his most beloved songs.
