On 7 November 2026, the chamber music concert programme “Zila debess zelta mākoņos” will take place at Imanta Cultural Centre, Small Hall, in Riga. The event features Liene Denisjuka-Straupe, Maija Zandberga, Elīna Endzele, and Kristīne Paula, drawing inspiration from Aspazija's childhood memoirs. The programme includes new works for flute, marimba, and piano by the composers Indra Riše and Sabīne Ķezbere, as well as other pieces with a nature theme, highlighting the timbral diversity of the flute and various instrument combinations. The concert will be hosted by Liene Denisjuka-Straupe, who will provide stories connecting the music with its nature-inspired topics. Please note the event is held on the 2nd floor, and there is no lift in the building; accessibility for persons with mobility impairments is limited.
