Ingūnas Liepas izstāde “Meklēt neredzamo” is a painting exhibition in Daugavpils at the Rothko Museum, Mihaila iela 3, on 10 September 2026. The artist’s paintings offer no clearly readable plot or story to follow. Mysterious, indistinct forms briefly emerge from layers of colour, resembling landscapes, dreams, splashes of water, mist or swirling rain, before dissolving back into abstraction. Pale blue, violet, turquoise, muted pink, warm peach and pale green merge into restrained harmonies. Curator Farida Zaletilo notes that Liepa is interested less in depicting the visible world than in conveying emotional and sensory experience.
