"Freimanis. Dzīve kā košums" is a tribute concert in Liepāja at the LIELAIS DZINTARS Concert Hall, Great Hall, running from 7 to 13 February 2027. The event features the band Tumsa and the Liepāja Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jānis Liepiņš, joined by Mārtiņš Freimanis' friends, colleagues, and musical successors performing his most iconic songs. Artistic direction by Jānis Daugalis and orchestral arrangements by Jēkabs Ozoliņš shape the programme, which celebrates Freimanis' influence on Latvian music. Photography and video recording will take place during the event. The concert is suitable for various audiences and brings together the classics of Latvian music in a contemporary live performance.
