DONS KIHOTS is a theatrical performance in Riga at Jaunais Rīgas teātris, Lielā zāle, taking place from 29 October to 5 November 2026. Directed by Ādolfs Šapiro and adapted from the work by Miguel de Cervantes, the production explores the interplay between poetic imagination and reality. Kaspars Znotiņš stars as Don Quixote, with Gundars Āboliņš as Sancho Panza, alongside Baiba Broka, Ivars Krasts, Jānis Skutelis, Jevgēnijs Isajevs, Aminata Grieta Diarra, Sandra Kļaviņa, and more. The performance lasts 3 hours 30 minutes in two acts. Set and costume design are by Mārtiņš Vilkārsis and Kristīne Pasternaka, with lighting by Niks Cipruss.
