The concert “Dejas saksofonam un akordeonam” will take place on 4 November 2026 in Ulbroka at the ULBROKAS PĒRLE cultural centre. This chamber music programme promises a vibrant and stylistically diverse experience, bringing together two expressive instruments: the saxophone and the accordion. Dance as a universal musical and cultural phenomenon runs through the programme, which spans Astor Piazzolla’s nuevo tango aesthetic, Iberian dance scenes by Gorka Hermosa, Latin American and French influences, Greek-inspired festive moods, and Brazilian playfulness.
