The comedy play “Kāzas Latgalē” is a musical and humorous theatre performance taking place in Ulbroka at ULBROKAS PĒRLE, Kultūras centrs, from 22 September to 29 November 2026. The show brings the audience to a vibrant Latgalian wedding, where 24 hours are filled with unexpected and funny events. The starring role is played by Imants Strads, joined by actors such as Raimonda Vazdika, Elīna Bojarkina or Sandija Misika, Edgars Pujāts or Ritvars Gailums, Mikus Frišfelds, and the folklore group “Tramvaja muzikanti” performing with accordions and drums. The actors themselves join in with instruments as part of the wedding atmosphere. The lineup of actors and musicians may change. Expect plenty of laughter and a colorful, authentic Latgalian spirit. Photography and filming will take place for publicity purposes.
