The play “Vilciens” is a crime comedy in Riga at Austrumu Robeža Theatre Club, running from 7 November 2026 to 18 May 2027. Based on Lelde Stumbre’s play, the story unfolds in the 1930s, when six passengers travelling by train from Riga to Berlin become entangled in a mysterious inheritance. The production combines dark greed and survival with wit and suspense. It is directed by Kārlis Anitens, who also appears alongside Anna Šteina, Zane Burnicka, Zane Vaļicka, Līga Robežniece and Madars Zvagulis.
