Gaismas festivāls Staro Rīga is a multi-day urban art festival in Rīga, at Rīga, from 15 to 18 November 2026. Using modern light and video technologies, the festival transforms the cityscape into an open-air exhibition of light art. The 2026 theme, unum momentum – one moment, focuses on visual storytelling about moments that change the world or a person’s inner world. The route includes light-circle exhibitions created by seven creative groups, works by students of the Art Academy of Latvia and the Latvian College of Culture, and individual light installations. Works can be found at the Latvian National Library, along Mūkusalas promenade, in Spīķeri, Old Riga, Esplanāde, Kronvalda Park and Viesturdārzs.
