The play "Neliešu balle," a satirical comedy by French playwright Luc Chomarat, will be performed in Rīga at Austrumu Robeža Theatre Club from 19 September to 27 November 2026. The story centers on a modern Parisian family—Etienne manages the household and plans for a bigger family while Gabriela dreams of a spacious apartment and hosts refined dinners with neighbors, including TV star Bernard and passionate activist Chantal. The production features actors Aija Dzērve, Imants Pakalnietis or Pēteris Galviņš, Imants Vekmans, and Zane Burnicka. Directed by Pēteris Galviņš and choreographed by Reinis Rešetins, the play humorously explores modern values and the complexities of everyday relationships.
