“Mazuļu otrdiena” is a family-oriented meeting in Sigulda at Sigulda County Library on 27 October 2026. At 11:10, physiotherapist Irēna Gorbanovska will talk with parents about back and neck health, everyday habits that affect wellbeing, movement and simple ways to ease tension. Participants can try practical exercises, ask their own questions and learn activities to use at home or during work breaks. The meeting lasts approximately one hour, and every participant will have the opportunity to receive a free 30-minute consultation with the physiotherapist.
