Liu Guofu izstāde “Gleznojot entropiju” is an art exhibition at the Rothko Museum on 3 June 2027. The Chinese artist captures the rhythms of clouds, water, mountains and mist in expansive, light-filled fields. Carefully built layers, washes and modulations of light create an outward sense of calm, behind which continuous transformation remains in motion. The exhibition offers a poetic interpretation of the scientific concept of entropy—not only as a law of disintegration, but also as a condition of change. Curator Kalvnis Hui (Calvin Hui) describes the works as offering a different pace of being amid contemporary uncertainty and haste. The exhibition was created in collaboration with 3812 Gallery in Hong Kong and is supported by MGM.mo.
