Laikmetīgās mākslas izstāde "Klimata iztēle" is a contemporary art exhibition in Riga at the Latvian National Library, running from 23 October to 12 December 2026. It presents works by fourteen new and internationally recognised foreign and Latvian artists, inviting visitors not only to observe but also to listen and interact. The exhibition explores climate imagination where art, technology and environmental research meet, ranging from hidden forest ecosystems and the rhythm of ocean waves to artificial life, ecological symbiosis and hybrid systems. On 22 and 23 October, the Latvian National Library and online will host the RIXC Art and Science Symposium, featuring discussions, artistic experiments and participatory workshops.
