BRUNO ANGELINI TRIO LOTUS FLOWERS. Džeza koncerts is a jazz concert on 6 December 2026 in Rēzekne at Latgales vēstniecība GORS. The international trio brings together French pianist and composer Bruno Angelini, French tenor saxophonist Sakina Abdou and German alto saxophonist Angelika Niescier. The programme features Bruno Angelini’s original compositions, inspired by Wayne Shorter and the story of the lotus flower, a symbol of light, hope and resilience. With piano and two saxophones, and no traditional rhythm section, the trio combines free jazz, blues and contemporary music influences with improvisation, fragile melodies, strong energy and emotional depth.
