Viesi verandā | AURĒLIJA ŠIMKUS | KONCERTSTĀSTS is a piano concert-story in Talsu Municipality, at Rūķi, Vilsonu veranda, on 15 November 2026. Pianist Aurēlija Šimkus will perform piano music by Latvian and other national composers, accompanying each piece with a personal story about her journey with the music. The audience will be invited to ask questions and share their listening experiences. The event takes place in an intimate home-party atmosphere, with homemade cheese buns and a glass of sparkling zelter. It lasts approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, or longer while music-inspired conversations continue. Warm clothing is recommended in cool weather.
