TRUBADŪRS. Pietura: LIEPĀJA is a singer-songwriter concert in Liepāja at the Mākslas galerija “Romas dārzs” on 23 January 2027. Starting at 20:00 in the Berči Hall, the concert highlights Liepāja’s important role in the development of the Latvian singer-songwriter movement and honours Austra Pumpure’s rich legacy. The programme features Anta Eņģele, Ieva Akuratere, Ilze Grunte, Latvian National Theatre actor Juris Hiršs, singer-songwriter and virtuoso guitarist Reinis Jaunais, and Lithuanian singer-songwriter Darius Žvirblis. After the concert, until midnight, visitors can explore the Austra Pumpure exhibition “Viss vienalga, mierā neliks…” in the nearby creative space “Austras istaba”, with a guided tour in Latvian or audio-guide devices in English.
