“SONORA VAICE Marijas Kallasas lomā | Terensa Maknelija lugā “Meistarklase”” is a dramatic theatre play touring Latvia from 20 November 2026 to 11 April 2027, with performances at several venues. Terrence McNally’s play explores legendary opera singer Maria Callas through her memories, love, losses and personal sacrifices, drawing on the master classes she led at Juilliard in New York in the early 1970s. Sonora Vaice plays Callas and directs the production; the cast also includes Tatjana Gurēviča, Elīna Bojarkina, Anna Emanuēla Vaice and pianist Māris Žagars. This is not an opera concert or vocal master class. The performance has two parts, lasts 2 hours 30 minutes including a 20-minute interval, and is recommended for ages 14 and above.
